Assembly and Value Add
Following the development and production of a custom deep drawn component, Trans-Matic has the ability to perform numerous value added options for our customers. These include threading (rolled or cut), crimping, boring, welding, and fully automated assembly work cells.
Finishing
Trans-Matic utilizes our lean logistic stream to leverage our local supplier partnerships to support us with the following part finishing options: aqueous and ultrasonic part cleaning, passivation, vibratory deburring, part on part tumbling, machining, zinc and phosphate plating (including HEX free), E coating, black oxide, autophoretic, copper plating, annealing and heat treating.
