Automation EngineerThis hands-on automation professional will manage the employees on 3 shifts in the assembly/automation department as well as support any equipment issues. Requirements: *Experience supervising employees *Experience trouble shooting assembly and automation equipment *Experience with electrical controls and programming *Experience with ISO 9000 quality systems *Proven mechanical abilities *Strong interpersonal skills *Ability to meet deadlines and goals as assigned *Experience in lean and continuous improvement activities
Eyelet Tool & Die MakersHiring for all shifts/all locations. Responsible for setup and development of tooling sets in high speed eyelet transfer presses of various tonnages to produce precision, deep drawn metal component parts.
Eyelet tool and die maker apprenticeRequired Qualifications 1. A high school diploma or equivalent experience. 2. Possesses some background in the metal forming / metal cutting industry. 3. Is regarded as creative, a self-starter, and adaptable. 4. Has excellent mechanical, organizational, and communication skills 5. Educated and experienced in Statistical Process Preferred Qualifications: 1. Can document course work or equivalent A. Blueprint reading B. Machinist/technical math C. Statistical Process Control D. Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing E. Basic Machine Shop F. Interpersonal communications G. One year experience as a die setter 2. Has completed an Associates degree in Machine Tooling Technology
Quality Engineer / SupervisorThe ideal candidate would meet the following requirements: • Bachelors Degree in Engineering • 5 years work experience in a manufacturing quality department (automotive preferred) • Experience supervising employees • Six Sigma training • ISO/TS 16949 experience • Metrology lab background • Metallurgy training • Excellent time management skills • Excellent communication skills • Effective project management skills • Problem solving skills( 8D, 5 why etc) • Capable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Minitab • Familiarity with plating, metal parts cleaning & heat treating preferred.
