The QickClamp™ is the first completely designed, owned, and patented product for Trans-Matic Manufacturing. This product is a PEX pipe connector used in the rapidly growing PEX pipe market. With this product, we have also accomplished another first for Trans-Matic; entering an exclusive partnership with Zurn Plumbing Products to sell and market this product.
The advantage with the QickClamp™ is the patented ribbed design which creates a friction fit with the outside diameter of the PEX pipe. This friction fit keeps the connector and fitting in place on the pipe so plumbers can use their hands to crimp the connector and make a perfect crimp connection every time. It also has a patented 360 degree crimp design that requires only one crimp tool for all pipe sizes. This is a big cost and time advantage for plumbers that are working with multiple pipe sizes.
