CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY

Trans-Matic supports the goal of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Conflict Minerals Rule”), which prevents armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries from benefiting from conflict minerals that are mined in that region.

We practice complete compliance with the requirements of the Conflict Minerals Rule, as well as meeting all of our customers’ expectations.

Trans-Matic also strives to work with our suppliers in an effort to trace any conflict minerals back to their source.
